Runjin Guo

My research interest centers around how organizations interact with their societal environments. I am particularly interested in how social evaluation is shaped and contested, how inequality is produced or disrupted, and how organizations adapt to social and technological changes.

Currently, I am advised by Prof. Danqing Wang and Prof. Pavel Zhelyazkov at HKUST Business School. Prior to joining HKUST, I received my Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Zhejiang University in 2026.
